Dr. Caroline Raasch Alquist
Dr. Caroline Alquist joined the Hoxworth team as the Director of the Transplant Immunology Division in 2020, returning to her hometown of Cincinnati to focus on her interests in transplant immunology and transfusion medicine. She is boarded in anatomic and clinical pathology, transfusion medicine/blood banking, as well as histocompatibility and immunogenetics. Dr. Alquist is an ASHI-accredited HLA director and has authored a number of book chapters, abstracts, and manuscripts. She is an active member of multiple AABB, ASFA, and ASHI committees and is committed to collaborative research and medical education.
