Hoxworth Blood Center, an internationally-recognized leader in transfusion medicine, was founded in 1938 and is currently the oldest operating blood bank in the country. Hoxworth serves more than 30 area hospitals and medical centers and collects more than 100,000 units of blood products to help save the lives of patients in area hospitals.

January 22 - Northern Kentucky University Campus Blood Drive Join us on January 22 for the Northern Kentucky University Campus Blood Drive at the University Center Ballroom. Stop by 1 Louie B. Nunn Drive in Highland Heights to make a lifesaving donation and enjoy some great perks along the way — all donors will receive a free NKU puffy vest, a basketball ticket, and free parking. It’s an easy way to give back and show your Norse pride while helping save lives.
January 26-30 - University of Cincinnati, All Campus Blood Drive Join us January 26–30 for the University of Cincinnati All Campus Blood Drive. Donate at any UC campus — including Main Campus, Blue Ash, Clermont, or the Medical Campus — and make a lifesaving impact while showing off your Bearcat pride. All donors will receive a UC puffy vest as a thank-you for giving back to the UC community and helping save lives.
