Program Details:
Step 1: To get started, please register by filling out the form below.
Step 2:  Schedule platelet donation appointment from April 1 - May 30 (you can schedule multiple donations at one time)
Step 3 (Optional): Earn extra entries when you Refer a (new donor) Friend to donate during the same time frame + earn $5 e-gift card for each donor. To refer a friend, add their information to the registration form below. 

Winning package includes:

• First pitch + catch (donor can bring along their selected catcher)
• 4 tickets to the game
• Personalized Reds jersey

A winning platelet donor will be randomly selected and notified by Friday, June 2.
