Hoxworth operates seven Neighborhood Donor Centers conveniently located in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
To schedule a donation, select a desired neighborhood location:

- Hoxworth Blue Ash (open 7 days)
- Hoxworth Central (open Wednesday-Friday)
- Hoxworth Ft. Mitchell (open 7 days)
- Hoxworth North (open Monday-Saturday)
- Hoxworth Tri-County (open Wednesday-Friday)
- Hoxworth West (closed Wednesday & Sunday)
