How to Redeem Rewards

Redeeming your reward points for eGift cards is easier than ever.

  1. Login to your donor portal from your computer or
    Login to your donor portal from the Hoxworth mobile app.
    (If you do not have a donor portal set up yet, create one with your donor ID. Your donor ID can be found on your last donation paperwork or by calling (513) 451-0910.)
  2. Enter your username
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click on the top menu option or icon for "PDC Rewards Store". Earned points will be visible here.
  5. Select the eGift card amount you would like to redeem. Points can be redeemed in values of $20.
  6. Click ADD TO CART.
  7. Next, donors can then select CHECK OUT or continue shopping for additional e-gift cards.
  8. After CHECKOUT, a link will be emailed within 5-7 business days for donors to shop and select from more than 75 national brands. 

Improving the Way We Say Thank You 

As we strive to improve your experience and focus on the impact we make together, we are making an important change to our thank-you program based on consistent feedback. We will sunset the Premier Donor Club at the end of this calendar year to simplify, improve, and enhance the way we show our appreciation.

Here’s what this means:

  • Thank You Gifts: Promotional items like sweatshirts, tumblers, blankets, and Cyclones hoodies will continue to be offered as part of our donor appreciation thank you gifts.
  • Promotional Bonus Gift Cards: Delivered directly to your inbox, no portal redemption required when we run these promotions.
  • Remaining Loyalty Points: Points officially stop accruing on December 31, 2024. If you have a points balance, please redeem it through our donor portal or mobile app by January 31, 2025.
